There is no official DuckDuckGo app for Windows Phone. As an alternative, you can pin DuckDuckGo to the start screen:

1. Open Internet Explorer.
2. Visit duckduckgo.com.
3. Tap the More icon (three dots) in the address bar.
4. Tap Pin to Start.
